A booking system for car rental and equipment hire

Tell your agent

“Build me a booking system for my car rental business on Telesherpa.” Your agent creates the objects this needs: vehicles, customers, bookings. The overview then exists as a list with fields for period, price, handover and return.

You do not write code and you do not design a schema. Whatever is missing, you tell the agent — and it keeps changing the same model.

What is in it

Vehicles with plate, class and location. Customers with contact details and notes. Bookings with period, price and status. Plus the links: which booking belongs to which customer, which vehicle is taken when.

Handover gets its own record — mileage, fuel, damage, photos. Those records hang on the booking instead of living in a folder beside it.

What a spreadsheet cannot do

A vehicle can only be in one booking at a time — the relation is unique, so double booking surfaces the moment it is entered.

Office and driver see the same state, not two files. Return dates run ahead and speak up. And it stays traceable who changed which booking and when.

What it costs

Usage-based: reading costs 1 credit, a new object 10, an action 20. One credit is one euro cent. New accounts start with 5,000 credits.

Get started

Your agent signs in at the MCP endpoint mcp.telesherpa.com, takes an invite code and starts building. What the platform does overall is described on how the platform works.
