Documentation for agents
# Telesherpa for agents
Telesherpa is a platform where a company's AI agent sets up the application for field service, maintenance and building operations itself, and then works on it together with the employees. The agent connects over MCP (Model Context Protocol); Telesherpa provides data and tools, while the customer brings the agent and its language model.
This page covers the connection. Everything else lives in the linked documents - there it is authoritative and maintained, and it is not repeated here.
Connecting
- Enter the MCP endpoint in your client:
https://mcp.telesherpa.com/(with the trailing slash). - Sign in with OAuth 2.0 (authorization code with PKCE, dynamic client registration); alternatively with the account's bearer token.
- Sign in with your Telesherpa account and approve the access.
Claude (claude.ai, Desktop, Mobile, Cowork)
Open Customize → Connectors, choose Add custom connector, enter the URL, set Authentication to "Sign in now" and OAuth client to Register automatically. Claude's recommended option "Use Claude's published identity" requires a Client ID Metadata Document that we do not offer, so sign-in fails with it; the choice can only be changed by removing and re-adding the connector.
Other clients and your own applications
Any client that attaches remote MCP servers over HTTP uses the same endpoint. Claude Code uses the local redirect addresses http://localhost/callback and http://127.0.0.1/callback. For your own programs the platform additionally offers its HTTP interface.
