Timesheet software without a template to fill in
Tell your agent
“Build me timesheet software for my team on Telesherpa.” Your agent creates what this needs: staff, jobs or cost codes, and the timesheets themselves — with date, start, end, break and activity.
The week then exists as a list, per person and per job. You do not write code and you do not lay out a template; whatever is missing, you tell the agent.
What is in it
Staff with role, contracted hours and qualification. Jobs or cost codes to book against. Timesheets with date, start, end, break, activity and status.
Links throughout: which entry belongs to which person, which to which job. Approval is a status on the entry, not a slip in a folder.
Why not a template
A template is filled in by hand, and at month end somebody adds it up. Here the week is the sum of the entries that were captured — the list totals it, not the office.
Entering the same person for the same hour twice surfaces on entry. Whoever approves and whoever enters see the same state. And every change stays traceable, which matters the moment an hour has to be evidenced.
What it costs
Usage-based: reading costs 1 credit, a new object 10, an action 20. One credit is one euro cent. New accounts start with 5,000 credits.
Get started
Your agent signs in at the MCP endpoint mcp.telesherpa.com, takes an invite code and starts building. What the platform does overall is described on how the platform works.
